"Pretty disappointed"
My order took longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, the response didn’t really help much. I expected a better experience from mewant.de

"Easier to handle than I expected"
I assumed this would be kind of awkward to use at first, but it turns well. It does feel a bit heavy sometimes, so I’m guessing it might get tiring if you’re using it for a while, but overall it’s easy to handle...

I ordered something from Mewant and the packaging was awful. The outer box was really flimsy and already crushed when it arrived, and there was almost no padding inside.
The item was just sliding around in there, so it ended up with marks on it. For what it cost, I expected at least some basic protection. Not ordering again.

My order showed up later than expected, and it was frustrating. I had to keep checking the tracking and wondering when it was actually going to arrive, which felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. Not very happy with the delivery time

"Sooo pricey for what you get"
It just didn’t feel worth the money to me. I was expecting a bit more for the price, but it ended up feeling kind of meh and wayyy too expensive for what it was

"Too noisy for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the one I got from mewant.de is just way too loud. Even on a lower setting, you can still hear it enough that I couldn’t really relax with it on. Maybe it wouldn’t bother some people, but for me it was too distracting.

"Looks nice... but feels a little cheap"
I do like the design — it looks good at first glance and fits in well. But once you actually pick it up or use it, it feels a bit cheaper than I expected. Not terrible... just wish the build quality felt a little more solid.

"Got sorted out eventually"
Had a bit of a problem with my order and support wasn’t exactly quick getting back to me, but they did fix it in the end. Wasn’t the smoothest thing ever, but overall it turned out okay

"Pretty good for spare parts"
Needed a replacement part and ended up finding it on Mewant quickly. Not gonna lie, not everything seemed to be in stock, but the part I actually needed was there and it showed up fine. The site could be a little clearer tho, had to click around a bit, but overall I’m happy with it. 4 stars from me.

"Battery drains way too quickly"
I bought this thinking the battery would at least last a reasonable amount of time, but it’s disappointing. It drops way faster than it should, and I’m already stuck charging it again before I’ve barely gotten enough use out of it. After just a few days, I was getting seriously fed up. Not impressed with mewant.de at all.

"Payment worked, but I remember it feeling a bit unsure"
I paid on mewant.de and, from what I remember, it did go through in the end. The page was kind of slow though, so for a few minutes I wasn’t really sure if the payment had actually worked or not. The confirmation came after a bit, which was fine, but I think the process could be clearer. Not a bad experience, just not super smooth. 3 stars from me.

I was disappointed with the suction on this. It feels really weak, especially compared to other vacuums I’ve used around the same price. I expected it to pick up more easily, but I found myself going over the same spots multiple times.

I gave mewant.de a try, but I got frustrated quickly. Just from the way the pages are laid out, it kind of feels like they assume you already know where everything is. Some buttons weren’t clear to me, and I ended up clicking around way too much for things that should’ve been simple. Maybe other people get the hang of it faster, but for me it felt messy and confusing, so I eventually just gave up.

"Got the Wrong stuff in My Order"
I was disappointed when my package showed up because it Wasn’t what I ordered at all. I opened it expecting my items, but it was just the wrong stuff entirely. Kind of frustrating and not what I was hoping For.

"The instructions were honestly confusing"
I tried using Mewant, the instructions just didn’t make things clear. A few steps felt like they were missing, so I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next. For something that should’ve been simple, it got ridiculous fast.

Maybe it makes sense to the people who built it, but as a regular user, it felt messy and frustrating. I spent way too much time trying to figure out basic stuff, and by the end, I was just annoyed. Not a great experience for me...

"Pretty decent, but a few spots were missed"
I used mewant.de for a cleaning and overall it was fine, just not amazing. I’ll admit I mostly remember the parts that looked good, like the floors and the bathroom sink, which were really nicely done. But then I noticed a couple of shelves still had dust, and some corners didn’t really look like they’d been cleaned properly. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for the price I guess I expected a little more attention to detail. Maybe it just depends on who you get. I’d give it 3 stars...
